Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed in any brand, store, or digital operation managed by V2 Digital LLC.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special campaigns, processing time may be extended.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary by country and region, but generally range from 5–15 business days after shipment. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or local holidays are beyond our control.
3. Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with a tracking code whenever available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package is dispatched.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may be charged depending on the customer’s country and local regulations. These amounts are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, natural events, or operational issues are not under the control of V2 Digital LLC. If a shipment is significantly delayed, our support team can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
7. Packages Marked as Delivered
If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer must contact the local carrier and/or postal service to open an official claim. V2 Digital LLC can assist with information but cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery is confirmed.
